Das musikalische Aufgebot des Abends spricht für sich und lässt euch die ganze Nacht durch rocken. Zum politischen Zweck des Festes hier noch eine Solikurzinfo: Am 21. Mai 2008 stürmten Sondereinheiten der österreichischen Polizei 23 Wohnungen, Häuser und Büros von TierrechtsaktivistInnen. Dabei wurden 10 Personen für je 105 Tage ohne konkrete Anklage inhaftiert. Mit dem Vorwurf der "Bildung einer kriminellen Vereinigung" sollte die rechtswidrige Beugehaft gerechtfertigt werden. Nach ihrer Entlassung stehen die Betroffenen nun vor einem Berg an Schulden (Anwälte, Gericht, etc.). Da es dem Staat mit Haftstrafen nicht gelang, die AktivistInnen zu "brechen", soll dies nun finanziell geschehen. Mit der Soliparty unterstützen wir deshalb den globalen Kampf gegen Tierausbeutung.
